Steve Job and Bill Gate are two great drop out of their college days to make it big in the world now which I believe every one will agree to it.

last lecture
Randy Pausch the last lecture if you have not heard of it, educate people on important of family and dream.
Randy Pausch by now is dead, this last lecture was done when he was told by his doctor that he have only 6 more months to live.
This was initial a last lecture in the university that he is teaching for his student. His motivational lecture was leak to the internet world and it was spread fast and wide.
Below is a youtube video when he was invited to Oprah Winfrey show.
