been exercise

have been exercising not sexercising. trying to get back the kind of size years ago.

Have not achieve anything close but there are few things to cheer about.

First I kind of get back bit of the stamina.

My knee does not hurt that much anymore although occasionally it still does.

Seen a doctor today. A slight (forget the chim word) ligament problem on my left knee but was rest assured nothing wrong. (damn I was still hoping for a downgrade) The lady Dr Tong was kind of able to relate to my suffering where I think her tutor this guy which I did not get the name after some check give me some chim doctor term and tell me I'm fine

Was told to cut down on sport like Soccer and Basketball which is both my favourite but jogging should be fine.

Told me to go for my X-ray on the leg just to make sure. Saw the X-rays but don't seem to understand the drawing can only see that my bone look fine and nice.

Dr Tong is a friendly lady around late twenty or early thirty and so are all the nurses. Told her assistant that I would need a follow up 3 months later.

3 X ray and consultation nowsaday is quite expensive.. (maybe can sot her and get free consulation =x just joking)
